Seeing in the mist

Back Blip, apologies..

Early start to catch the mist today (yesterday), but sadly it was more like fog and with full cloudcover it didn't clear or give a sunrise this week. We started out around the lake to get some different views but we had to stop as a Stag and his females were in the path and we wern't getting too close, we stopped. Besides that, there were about 10 photographers and more glass than a double glazing factory pointing at them. That didn't stop one of them keep drifting into our shots though!

So there was no choice but to join in with them, feeling a little inferior with my mere 120mm range of glass. This female looks very peaceful as she paddled to this little island of grass to have a drink. (Shame the bracken is nearly as tall as me).
