crispy Gruyères gnocci with pesto
5 minute vegetarian cooking
Heat Gnocci in the pan and brown slightly,
then grate the Gruyères on top and turn the gnocci inside and let it become crispy in the cheese cover.
Add to the bowl and pesto.
Voila
And afterwards I had an Espresso
Why the wooden spoon?
It leaves no marks or traces inside the glas bowl
