Spending my birthday in Denver with J, who showed us some Denver hospitality at a quirky restaurant called In The Wind. One of the starters was bone marrow with a whiskey Luge - here J demonstrating the life as he pours the whiskey down the bone luge and enjoys the slightly salty whiskey experience. Yours truly managed to drip some of the proceeds on my shirt but had a great birthday meal with main course of Elk Osso Bucco Extra of some of the new legal hospitality
