Lighten our darkness

First Sunday in Lent and reflecting on light and darkness. Darkness has no existential characteristics. It is simply the absence of light. So the challenge is to be light bearers and thereby vanquishing the darkness that traps others. By being there we can dispel the shade. It's easier to light a candle than grumble about the darkness!
