Mongolian landscape.

We entered Mongolia very late last night. Train suddenly stopped, passport control came on, took our passports and we had to get off train...and train left!!! Freezing cold we found a Chinese restaurant conveniently placed on border! So had nice late dinner. Train took off to have all bogies ( wheels) changed. Railway different gauge width!! Nearly 4 hours later we go back on board, and were able to get to bed about 1 am. Interesting experience! Luckily we had a Mongolian in our cabin who could tell us what was going on!! In photo you can see some of the native horses of this area. Genetically quite unique apparently.
