Flat tyre fiasco

First cycle of the New Year . Planned to cycle along old railway line but tyre flat by the time we reached Bridge of Dee . Long walk home with bike . Swimming pool closed for gala . Planning walk along beach and him outdoors will have a run . Will get my exercise yet !
