Apples and Nashi

Tomorrow my neighbours are pressing fruit for juice. They don't have electricity connected to their shed and use mine. In return they press my fruit. The press holds 40kg and around 20 litres of juice pours out. It's heated to 74C and bottled.  The squashed fruit is relished by the sheep.
