Tomme au marc de raisin
Only after I'd bought the cheese for dinner this evening did I spot this tomme au marc de raisin. It is a Tomme de Savoie which has been matured under a thick layer of Marc grape must which gives the cheese a great depth of flavour. Definitely on the list for next time...
