Emergency Dramatic Tone Blip

Despite some intermittent sunshine today, it hasn't been stellar for me. I didn't feel well enough to take more than a handful of photos at the farmers' market this morning -- this one reflects how I feel -- and didn't buy anything there, just decided to go back home and take a nap.

As Lake Padden was on my route home, I thought I'd better make a five minute stop and grab a couple of shots. There was a half-marathon competition well underway at the park, which just reinforced how low my energy is, compared to the abundant energy of the contestants!
