Clinging on

Out cycling in Nidderdale today. We started in the rain but fortunately it soon stopped. 25km with 484m of climbing in two hours.

Tom was on the bench for Malton today. First time back since on operation on his groin. He managed 30mins and had a couple of good runs. We will just wait and see how he feels tomorrow.

Out with Jet for a walk this afternoon. Caught sight of this survivor.
