Ratty

There are actually two friendly rats living in the ball.  They were got out for me to admire by the girls this morning.  We had a bit of a lie in after a late night attending Alice's pub gig (see extra).  It was only her second and I was obviously very proud of her.  She now has a Youtube channel Alice BMusicx and has been signed up for a few more live sessions and weddings.  I hope it does not distract too much from her GCSEs!  We drove on for lunch at Over Haddon and walked Lathkill Dale, stopping at Kate's commemorative bench to do a bit of cleaning and maintenance.  I am so pleased that we were able to get it located in one of her favourite spots in the National Park and to see it so well used by walkers.
