Floods....

This morning I was supposed to go and visit two schools.  The sky was pitch black and we knew rain was coming!  We had a tremendous thunderstorm which lasted about 4 hours - torrential rains which mean there was immense flooding all over Lusaka!  I ended up abandoning my visits as the flooding was so bad we couldn't even see the road and many cars were ending up in the ditch!

Lovely evening with my friend Peter who I first got to know in Malawi 22 years ago - he is visiting Malawi from USA and came for a couple of days to Zambia - its been really nice to catch up!
