Office Staircase ...

I have been on a fitness drive since last May, starting with going out for walks at lunchtime & going to the gym while in Kos last August.

I had a Fitbit watch for Christmas & it has a Stairclimer setting on it, so each morning when I arrive at the office I walk up & down the stairs for 10 minutes.

I have so far lost 3 stone & joined a gym last September & never thought I would enjoy keeping fit so much :-)
