Pure Luxury

I have arrived in the UK.

The journey from Istanbul was a disappointment.

Turkish Airlines were, to be honest, a let down.

From the chaotic boarding, to the inflight food to an unusable entertainment system.

Everything conspired negatively. The flight was even delayed.

However, having arrived at my daughter's home, I have become reacquainted with Hot Cross Buns.

A favourite of mine, and something I miss.

I really should publish a post of all the food stuffs I get nostalgic for when home in the Balkans.
