Add Wine!

When the recipe says 'add wine' never ask to what?!

I have been preparing for an evening with friends tomorrow evening, which should be a great deal of fun as there's a lot of catching up to do.
I'll be out most of tomorrow for a bit of retail therapy with my younger daughter so I needed to get ahead today.

It's a while since I've done any proper cooking and it was fun. At one point I spilt some cream so made a bit of a mess on the floor. No problem, Pepper was helpful in clearing it up!
