Magic Cloud?

Can you see what this photo is all about?

If you need a clue, I can see numbers but can you?

I have tweaked the levels in this photo and removed a couple of dust spots but nothing has been added!

Initially I saw the number 7 in the cloud but after taking the shot could see the small numbers 2 and 3; but is there a large 3 or 8 and maybe even a small 5 as well?????

I am amazed by this, what do you think? Can you see any numbers?
