Off with his head

This morning started off with a very dark walk in the park with Dude and his new glow in the dark ball. Not only was it pitch black this morning but it was also foggy. I would not be surprised if a small number of the locals have reported seeing strange 'flying' colours in the park this morning - it was most definately the funniest thing I have seen in a long time. You couldn't actually see Dude, all you could see was this incredibly bright ball flying through the air (me throwing it with the ball chucker) and then 'flying' backwards but at a lower level (Dude retrieving the ball). Very comical.

Today I took my nephew to the Tower of London. What a great day we had. We saw the Beefeaters, the Crown Jewels, loads of armour and some pretty gruesome looking torture instruments. As well as all of that we walked amongst and in some awesome architecture and got some views of London that I'd never seen before. I took today's Blip from inside the Tower and can't believe how many London icons I managed to get in one shot...Tower Bridge, the London Council building (can never remember what that's called), The Shard, the Thames and the Tower itself.

I can't believe that I lived in London for about 20 years and never got to visit the Tower before today!
