Room

Mum's still in hospital, though much better. She'll be home in a couple of weeks. When I passed her room on Wednesday morning the door was uncharacteristically open; sharp-shadowed sunlight (another glorious day) was playing an epic symphonic score on the panels and door-handle.

Our hallway is a gallery for many of mum's paintings, such as the ones on the left, above the umbrella-stand.
