The Cup That Cheers

At last some decent weather! We went for a short walk down the valley. The river has been high and fast all winter, but today was even fater and fuller. There was very little birdlife around, but we did get a glimpse of a Dipper. At this time of year, a patch of the riverbank is a particularly  reliable spot for Scarlet Elfcups.
