Back in Southampton after a quite amazing 14-day cruise around the Med.

A quite unique experience that I will never forget and am eternally grateful to those who made it possible. One day I hope to fill in much of the missing detail.

In my childhood, up to about age 8, I had done several boat trips across the Atlantic to & from the UK and Trinidad. They were though more simply a means of transport.

This was my one and only "cruise" and I surprised myself at how much I enjoyed it. Yes, we were privileged and got to see and do things that were outside the "standard" programme.

Today then after a full breakfast, down to the quay and there the two cars waiting for us for the quick drive home in West Sussex.
