Inspired

Mr KP got inspired by the GBBO and decided he wanted to make doughnuts. So I got the Baker Brothers book out and set him loose in the kitchen with the kids as sous chefs.
Bloody hours it took.
Whilst he had the deep fat fryer out he decided he ought to make homemade chips to go with the pizza & garlic flatbread I was planning to make.
In the end, I let him do them too as he'd taken over my kitchen.
The doughnuts are amazing.
I don't think I can move.

I'm off babysitting tonight. I think my friends might come back to find me in a carb coma on their sofa..
