So cold!

It is so cold today that I just cannot get warm.  I've even had to resort to wearing my Turtle Doves indoors to beat the chill.  

Anyway, you know how it is...you have to wait in all day for a parcel delivery.  It finally turned up at 12:50, so I was out of the door by 12:55 to rush over to Mytchett.  It meant I had missed my usual line dancing class, but I wasn't to be outdone...I tagged along on the later, improvers' class.  What a difference!  From knowing all the routines in the beginners' class to knowing only one of the routines...I was back to being the new kid in class, turning and stepping at the wrong time - the difference in this class is that they do very little walk-through tuition beforehand (they all know the steps) so I did feel a dunce!  Looks like I need to go away and study all the videos on my own for the improver dances if I hope to go up to that class, eh?

P.S.  And yes, I did have pancakes for tea last night - made with quinoa & buckwheat flour.
