What better than a beautiful Double Delight rose from my garden!!

I had a cortisone injection into my shoulder today - surprisingly painless - for an ongoing shoulder problem. I'm sure I'll be good as new soon! (It doesn't affect my golf that's why I've neglected it for so long!!!)
