I lost a good few hours this morning just staring at the t.v. Don't ask me what was on .

Out for a wander this afternoon , but not really in the mood. Spotted this at the harbour.

Headed for a coffee and a read of my book, but couldn't concentrate.
Back to the sofa for more staring. I just feel nothing today.
