I was out with my Monday morning group, walking to Balhomish and through Tomgarrow Wood. I regretted immediately afterwards; I had been fighting off a cold and ever since I have been sneezing and coughing. (Medical advice seems to be that moderate exercise even in the cold is good, so perhaps it was just a coincidence.)
