Don't call them ropes!

Such bad weather that there was no mail plane this morning, so Mike only had local post to deliver and was home before lunch time.  It was a lovely surprise as I was up to my eyes in half made marmalade, the washing was ready to hang up and there was a lemon drizzle cake just about to come out the oven!

A boaty afternoon.  I helped him fold the sails and get them back into their bags, then we sat at the kitchen table with cups of tea and untangled the newly washed and dried hallyards and sheets.  Mike had taken photos of them with their labels attached before he washed them, so we knew which was which when we re-coiled them.  Now they are all relabelled and ready for the spring!  Only one needs replacing but, typically, it is the longest one!
