Sea Bass

Last night's dinner was whole sea bass and it came with sauté potatoes . It was extremely delicious.

We left the heads and tail.  Talking to the owner of the restaurant later Hubby mentioned that in China diners eat the heads.  He told us that Thai people often do the same.  The head of hubby's fish was in one piece, so was possible eaten by a staff member.  Unfortunately my fish head fell apart as I was removing to a side plate.
