or back to the lumix...today was, again blighted by my not quite getting to grips with things...this was in a gutter and i thought that the oil would look quite good in it's rainbowed swirls, cracking colours...and the reason it ended up in mono is that the colours failed to make it into the photo particularly well...and it was a lot lighter than i would have wanted it...so i darkened it up and lost the colour...
