Dawn’s Birthday Lunch

I was thrilled when Charleigh texted over the weekend to invite me to a lunch at The Potting Shed to celebrate her Mum’s birthday. It fitted so well into my half term, I could work the morning and finish at lunchtime for the rest of the week. I accepted unreservedly. A lovely couple of hours, with old friends. All three of Dawn’s daughters, her sister, another friend and myself. Excellent company, lovely venue and delicious food. And Cake. What more could a girl ask for!?
