Badge of Honour.

I'm pleased to say, that Charity slept well, and is settling in nicely:-) I didn't go out today, just a day of housework. Not very exciting, but some satisfaction when it's done.  The problem then is, what to blip? I decided it would be the brooch that my Dad gave to my Mum when he got posted to North Africa during the WW11. The photo doesn't really do it justice, as the square is mother of pearl. My  mother always wore it on special  occasions, and now I do the same.  It might not be worth  much, but to me it's priceless.
