Hazel flower
The female flowers of hazel are barely visible, and you have to be looking for them to see them. Unlike the catkins which are such a welcome sign of approaching spring. But although these flowers are so tiny (about 3mm across I should think) they're a beautiful colour. I'd been watching out for them over the last week or so, and found them today. Fortunately, the LX3, although well out of date in many respects, is great for macro, with a closest focusing distance of 3cm.
