That Mr Burns has a lot to answer for... Actually, my hangover wasn't as bad as I could have expected, and certainly not as bad as Mel suffered. So I got up and straightened out the house before setting about the day's chores - namely dropping my suit back off at work; picking up the bike I'd left there on Friday night; heading to Inverleith Park to get a load of photos for my website at an event being run by a friend of mine from Laid Back Bikes (i.e. recumbents) as part of the Dreams on Wheels thingy that's going on; then getting back home to write an article for a legal mag and make dinner.

On the way home, deciding to ride the long route round via the shore, I got caught by someone heading towards the Porty prom who declared that I really should be wearing a helmet. I was all set for a big argument before realising it was StevieFish (with SJ) who invited me for a quick pint en route (whereupon my soul was stolen...).

It's a pity work has to follow the weekend - but at the very least I finally have some 'irons in the fire' with a couple of projects that feel a little more optimistic than they have in the recent past.
