Gluten free oat cookies...turned out rather tasty so they’ll be getting made again I’m sure!

We had a snow day today. Lots of snow.
So it was a case of lots of snowy dog walks and those skip runs must be catching as the utility room got tackled today...lots of throwing out tidying done...it’s quite therapeutic!
