Fiery Leaves

Our tree in the garden has turned a fabulous colour over the past couple of days, its bright red with some orange underneath the outer leaves, even this photograph doesn't quite capture the heat.

A nice evening, I made Cullen Skink and we had a friend over for dinner so had some salmon and spring greens and then devoured cheese and paté with wine before turning to the stronger stuff, finishing off a bottle of Ardbeg Supernova and some Talisker.

Good times.
