Tea Dance

An intergenerational event at Bellfield this afternoon, organised by Action Porty, Portobello Heritage Trust and Tribe Porty Youth Theatre. Something of a pilot for the now community-owned venue as it prepares to re-open to the community later this year. Afternoon tea and songs from yesteryear for some of Portobello's oldest residents with some of the youngest ones acting as journalists to ask them about their memories of times past. A great community event and so many potential blips. I really liked this woman's smile when she saw the camera!
