New crocus

I planted these crocus in the autumn and they have appeared in the last couple of days. They are really small. I thought I had bought more than these few, but there is no sign of them. But crocus do appear rather suddenly so I will not give up hope.
We just had a short sharp hail shower, quite dramatic while it lasted, but now it is sunny again. Maybe I should go outside and pull up that dead plant that was my desperation blip yesterday!
