I once again bent the rules a bit: I twisted Markus Hediger's brief (tip/rim in shallow dof) and photographed the edge of our kitchen bar/table, showing soft and hard lights, edges and focus.

The snow episode seems to be over. It's now thawing and I was able to take the car (getting about 30 cm of snow off the windshield and breaking a plastic shovel in an attempt to get rid of a small snowbank behind the car, in the end managing with a broomstick) to run a few errands.

Slowly getting ready for my trip to London next week. I hear the weather should be clear but cold. Typical of mid-February London, if memory serves.
