A gentle day out

Roedd e'n neis iawn ymweld â Richard, Steph a Sam heddiw, ac yn mynd am bryd o fwyd yn 'Chai Street' ar Wellfield Road. Roedd hi'n bwrw glaw yn drwm iawn yn y bore ac os nad roedden ni wedi gwneud trefniadau yn barod i fynd allan, rydw i’n meddwl y bydden ni wedi  aros adre - ond roedd e'n dda i fod allan ar ôl diwrnodau dan do.   Gwnaethon ni gyrru i'r Rhath ac yna cerdded i'r bwyty.  Mae'r bwyty 'Chai Street' yn eithaf newydd yn y Rhath.  Roedd llawer o ddewis ar y fwydlen.  Roeddwn i'n cael paned o masala chai a physgod wedi'i ffrio. Roedd y pysgod yn flasus iawn.  Cerddon ni i dŷ Richard a Steff - roedd hi'n rhy wlyb i chwarae yn y parc - a chwaraeon ni gyda Sam trwy'r prynhawn. Roeddwn i'n blino ar ddiwedd y noswaith ond gwnes i werthfawrogi'r diwrnod allan.

It was very nice to visit Richard, Steph and Sam today, and go for a meal at 'Chai Street' on Wellfield Road. It rained very heavily in the morning and if we had not already made arrangements to go out, I think we would have stayed home - but it was good to be out after days indoors. We drove to Roath and then walked to the restaurant. The 'Chai Street' restaurant is quite new in Roath. There was a lot of choice on the menu. I had a cup of masala chai and fried fish. The fish was delicious. We walked to Richard and Steff's house - it was too wet to play in the park - and we played with Sam throughout the afternoon. I was tired at the end of the evening but I appreciated the day out.
