It was a cold rainy day so I decided today some more sorting out at home. I went through a box of photos and another cupboard. In the afternoon I went up in the loft, that was where I got the splinter in my finger, when I sort of fell off the ladder, thankfully I did not hurt myself. Harry joined me and we recycled a few old boxes, Rosie's old stilt walking costumes, and an old television that weighed over a stone and a half. I put up some of the china from my parents house that may be useful for the young ones, and some old china that I can't bring myself to recycle just yet. When it eventually stopped raining at about 5.30 I walked, twice, with bags to the clothing bank.
After dinner I had a nice bath and finished my Dawn French book, but the splinter did not come out.
