Juxtaposition

Another reward for wandering around the yard in the morning. The rose is Cecile Brunner, a fairly small flower, and the spider is even smaller. I'm pretty sure the spots on it's back are turquoise, but I can't find any references to back me up, so maybe it's a trick of the light. I just realized why some days we don't finish breakfast til ten o'clock, even when I get out of bed at 630--it's all this meandering, and the crossword puzzle.
