EP14 Collage: Cabbage

For the final day of Markus’s challenge, the inspiration is Savoy Cabbage, which husband is preparing for a local Friulano ‘peasant’ dish - *“Stacagne”. Their version of ‘bubble and squeak’. Of course the veggie version may not be as flavoursome, but he’s used to that by now.

The photos are me washing the cabbage (I’m just the kitchen porter here).
