Currently drooling through episodes of Rick's 'Mediterranean Escapes' as he discovers artisanal produce from generations of shepherds and cheese makers, fisher folk and farmers and family restaurants that cook with the seasons.

Dry cured ham, crumbled goats cheese, olive oil, tomatoes, herbs, vine leaves and grapes (extra) ...some from the garden (I'm sure you can guess which!)
