Fiona Friday With Fracture

A playground wipeout on Tuesday confirmed on Thursday that there is a buckle break in both bones....... she had her choice of cast or splint... doesn’t seem to have slowed her down one iota although she tells us she’s “not allowed to run, jump or hang on the monkey bars” for a few weeks. So today it was a “tv puppet show” with lots of characters, a new playmobil artist ( Durer painting his self portrait at age 26), heart cupcakes baked ( she didn’t like them) and the movie Paddington which she has seen and loved again, pizza for dinner, and a disinterested look at the Olympic opening ceremonies ( she was non stop playing... not jumping :-). with an Olympic doll performing acrobatics). She just keeps going .....and never stops talking to Boppa who takes her home and learns all sorts of things like the ghosts in the bathroom at school.

Our dishwasher broke the day before Christmas... the new one got delivered today. ..yea!
