OOOHHHH SOOOO GOOD!!!!

We decided to take the afternoon off and make fresh sausage, pomodoro sauce from scratch and pasta from scratch.

The pomodoro sauce and pasta recipes were from Giada deLaurentis. Everything was made from fresh ingredients. The only thing I added was a little of the fresh sausage we made - from my own recipe.

This looks like a mess, but it was so incredible.

I think I would enjoy spending some time in Italy.
