Stick it to 'Em

Another day of sickness for Chris although he's definitely into the recovery phase now.

I (Annie) have spent the last two days in a management training course. It was very useful, being made to role play situations which were uncomfortable for me in front of an audience and with immeadiate feedback. I'm now completely drained: can you see how shrunken I look? :)
