I managed to get away early from school this afternoon. It is the start of February hols. I nipped to Lidl to buy lens wipes. The view towards Edinburgh is fantastic. The sun was shining but there was a chilly wind.
Lovely to be home early and walk the dogs in the sunshine. Another meal cooked from Jamie’s 5 ingredients- chicken with mushrooms and red onions in a creamy mustard sauce. Delicious!
