Picking up

For the last couple of weeks somebody has been spraying the unclaimed dog poo on the common fluorescent pink. It’s certainly a good way of drawing attention to how much there is just lying around. I’d been wondering if it was sprayed by a disgruntled dog walker who wanted to make a point or someone in an official capacity. Anyway I saw this sign there at lunchtime which seems to solve the mystery. Keep Britain Tidy.
