The first one

Having never dug up the grass to plant crocuses before I'm really chuffed to see this one pointing its bud skywards ready to greet tomorrow's morning sun. Possibly optimistic because today has subjected us to a sleet shower, light rain and bright sun, all supported by a sharp wind. But the flowers smile through it all.
