The Wailing Wall

On the first 'day off' I've had this week in Israel we visited Jerusalem. It's a city that's clearly built on religion but is divided by conflict. For the first time this wee I saw a heavy police and army presence.

But despite this there was still some wonderful sights not least the wailing wall. It's amazing the reactions of people near this stretch of masonry and the sheer number of messages pushed into it.
