"Better Streets for Everyone"

Or so they claim. This is the junction of Baker Street and Marylebone Road. At the moment Baker Street is 1 way running south. This works fine so far as I can see. But apparently they are now changing it back to a 2 way street. Won't be completed till "early 2019"
